Park Terms and Conditions
BOOKING
Acceptance of a booking and by paying the deposit is an acknowledgment and agreement to the Terms and Conditions of the Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Park (The Park).
Rules for the resort are available on our website or at the Parks reception, 1112 Murat Rd Exmouth. Please review the Parks Rules at check-in to ensure you understand your obligations while staying at the Park.
Please note only one vehicle is permitted on each site.
The rate charged is based on the information you have provided regarding accommodation type, number of guests and duration of stay. Any changes made may change the rate charged.
Subletting of Accommodation - Accommodation/sites are provided to the booking party for the guest(s) as named on the booking. Accommodation must not be sublet or resold by the booking party for commercial gain without our prior written consent. Genuine group bookings are not affected. We may cancel any bookings if we consider that any such reservation is for the purposes of reselling or subletting.
The Park does not accept any liability or responsibility for any booking arranged through a third party, such as tour operator or travel agency, and the Park does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the booking fee/rates charged by that third party provider. Any concerns or complaints about any booking arranged through a third party provider should be directed to that provider.
Access Cards
When arriving you will be issued with an access card/band to access the gate and facilities. On your departure you must return these to reception. If you misplace or damage the access card/band there will be a $30 charge.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival.
If your reservation is for one night only, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
If your booking is within the 28 days of your stay, the full amount is also payable at the time of booking.
Once you have confirmed your booking by paying your deposit you accept you have read and agreed in full to the Parks Terms and Conditions.
You may change the date and details of your reservation once without incurring a fee if the change is made at least 28 days prior to your arrival.
Where applicable, any differences in the rates charged due to changes to your reservation will need to be paid at the time changing the reservation.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The Park accepts the following methods of payment for reservations and security bonds;

2.Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa accepted only)
3.Cash
Please note: All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars ($A).

PETS
Pets are welcome in the camping and caravan sites subject to Park Management approval. Pets must be controlled in accordance with guidelines specified by Park Management that ensures the safety and comfort of all guests.
No pets are allowed in or around any accommodation buildings such as the chalets.
Where guest reservations include pets, we reserve the right to relocate or change the booked camping and caravan site, prior to, or at arrival time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests cancelling their reservation 28 days or more of the arrival date – are entitled to a full refund less one nights accommodation rate.
Guests cancelling their reservation less than 28 days of the arrival date – Refunds are not available.
We wish to advise that no refunds are available for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or weather. Refunds are also not available for guests ejected from the park for contravening Park Rules. Where guests cause direct or indirect damage, the Park may recover costs from guests.
Please note: Management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked room/cabin/site number, prior to, or on arrival.
We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events during your stay. (For example - road closures due to Exmouth’s exposure to cyclones and flooding, other weather conditions, accidents and injury).
We reserve the right to change rates at any time but if we do so, we will contact you at least 30 days prior to your booking and give you the opportunity to accept the new terms or to cancel the booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, our standard Cancellation Policy will apply (Note: the condition of ‘withholding a night’s rate’ will not apply where we have elected to increase a rate).

Amazing Stay!
We couldn't fault this holiday park. Very friendly and informative staff at the check-in point. We were only going to stay a night and ended up staying 4. So handy to be able to drive around to the lighthouse and around into the Cape Range National Park and have so many beautiful bays to swim and snorkel in. The highlight of the trip was swimming along with Turtles in Turquoise Bay. Very reasonable price for the site and power and water and camping kitchen facilities and when you fancy a night out there are plenty of places all around to get great food! Well worth the trip.

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing week in a chalet with loads of space and heaps of amenities. The chalet was well appointed and the park is centrally located in the township within easy walking distance to shops, the Visitor Centre and Aquarium and the Art Gallery. The park was also well located for trips to the multitude of glorious beaches or you could just relax by the sparkling pool. The staff were extremely friendly and the on-site restaurant served up huge delicious meals and 'to die for' gelato.

Great Place to Stay, Family friendly
Stayed here for a week while meeting up with family. We had a cabin, nice and comfortable, everything you need.
The pool was amazing, so beautiful and so big! We spent a lot of time in the pool.
The restaurant at the park is absolutely worth going to, enjoyed every meal!
Across the road is the tourist centre and the staff are very friendly and nothing was to hard.
We enjoyed our time and hoping to come back again soon
