The home features 4 bedrooms - 2 with Queen Beds and 2 with 2 Single Beds, sleeping a maximum of 8 people. There is a formal lounge and dining area. The kitchen includes a large fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is also a alfresco area with dining and 2 wicker arm chairs and 2 seat sofa's, all this and the added bonus of a sparkling below ground pool.
Minimum night stay: 7 nights.
$2000 per week.
$180 cleaning fee.

Great stay
Mindarie Villa is perfectly located near public transport, great shopping facilities, the beach and the Marina. The home is spacious and very well fitted out. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen and bathroom updates looked amazing. The attention to the smaller details, like fluffy towels and crisp clean bedding, all contributed to a very relaxing and comfortable holiday. Can't wait to return in the summer to make use of the sparkling pool and large outdoor entertainment area.Very relaxing
