Overview
There is a variety of accommodation available for guests at Lucieville Farm Chalets. We have six chalets and a farm cottage set around a big lake. Go for a ride on our pedal boat or for a paddle on the canoes. The chalets back onto a large Forest Conservation Area which is riddled with tracks and paths to walk on.
Lucieville is a working 340 acre farm with all sorts of animals and things to look at. We have water buffalo, goats, emus, kangaroos, rabbits, guinea pigs, cattle, sheep, pigs, alpacas, horses, chooks, guinea fowl, peahens, turkeys and many more. Bring your family to the farm to share in the excitement of discovering and working with our farm animals.
Animal feeding
Every day at 9:00am we feed our animals. Which types of animals we have to feed and what babies we are caring for at the time, depends on the season. Some of the different types of animals are calves, lambs, rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, emus, chooks, turkeys and pigs. Animal feeding takes around an hour to complete and takes place every day of the year, regardless of weather (except for Christmas Day). This is a free activity for guests staying in our accommodation.
Milking the cow
Have a go at hand milking a cow (in season) and then see how easy and quick it is using a milking machine.
Damper Making
During the winter months, when there are no fire bans we are able to take guests to a campfire where we make damper over the hot coals.
Canoes/BBQ Area & Playground
We have several canoes and a paddle boat that live permanently on our dam in front of the chalets with life vests. These are there for the guest to use at any time they wish and are free of charge.
Conservation area
We have a large forest conservation area located right next door to the property and it can be used for bushwalking or looking at the abundant animal life or native vegetation.
Tractor rides
We aim to offer a short tractor ride to children but if we have the space and time, adults are also welcome. Please note we are a working farm so this activity is something we will fit into our daily schedule and it not run at a set time.
BBQ and Playground
Centrally located is a BBQ area with picnic tables and a small playground.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
For the cancellation of a booking 28 days notice is required for the deposit to be refunded (less an administrative fee of $22). If less than 28 days notice is given the deposit (less a handling fee of $22) will only be refunded if the period is able to be re-booked.
