CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
PET POLICY:
Small dogs are welcome upon application and approval, with an additional cleaning fee of $50. The property includes a fenced area in the front yard for your convenience. Confirmation from the owner is required for all pet booking acceptances. Please note that large dogs are not suitable for this property.

Karri Waters has been a pure joy to stay. Accommodation is tastefully renovated, clean and comfortable, situated amongst a tranquil setting of karri trees with views to Wilson's inlet. The owners have put a lot of love and thought into your every contingency. Highly recommend this place.Home
As soon as we arrived it felt like home, we absolutely love being at Karri waters. Cannot wait to get back!Also the exposed stone in the main bedroom is epic
Its a home away from home
As soon as we walked in - we felt at home. The kids automatically were outside and making friends with the Neighbours and riding their bikes which made our holiday so much more relaxing. The area is very safe and away from the Hussle and Bussle - but only a very short drive into town if you need anything (approx. 5 mins). All the facilities you need are available. With a huge number of amazing restaurants, activities, beaches in very close proximity - you cannot go wrong with this HOME. :)
