Overview
Only 20kms from Albany CBD. A spacious air conditioned, light and bright 2 bedroom chalet, with a large fully equipped kitchen. The pantry comes stocked with some essentials such as tea and coffee, oil, paper towel and a few condiments.
There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and at the time of booking you can choose to have a king sized bed or two long single beds in the 2nd bedroom. If you have a booking for 5 people, the 5th person is on a fold-out type bed (suitable for a child).
The chalet has a comfortable outdoor patio with gas BBQ. Plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play footy and a beautiful timber climbing fort for kids of all ages to enjoy.
The dog yard at the rear of your chalet is fully fenced. You are welcome to leave your dog here while you venture into town for the day. Private access to the Kalgan River is just a short walk through the farm, past our lovely farm animals, and there are 3 kayaks you are welcome to use. Please bring your own life jackets or safety vests, as we do not provide them.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Dog House Rules:
If you plan on bringing your dog on holiday with you, please ensure you read and agree to our Dog House rules prior to booking.
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our property, subject to the following conditions:
Dogs must not be left unattended inside the chalet at any time.
Dogs are allowed inside the chalet but are not permitted on carpeted areas (bedrooms), furniture or beds. A $50 surcharge per room will apply if there is evidence of dogs in these areas.
Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages caused by their dogs.
We have a large, secure fenced area where dogs may play off-lead. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the fenced yard.
Please clean up after your dog. All droppings can be disposed of in the outside bins provided.
Dogs that bark excessively or are not well socialised are not suitable for our property and may be asked to leave.
Charges for dogs: $50 per dog per stay (maximum 2 dogs).
Rates:
Room rates are based on 2 people (twin share).
Additional guests are charged at $15 per guest per night (maximum 5 guests).
Cancellation policy:
Guests can cancel within 24 hours of making the booking for a full refund.
Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, guests receive a 50% refund.
If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, guests receive a 25% refund.
