Island Brook Estate offers comfortable 4-star accommodation surrounded by vineyards and peaceful jarrah forest in the heart of the Margaret River region. The estate features three secluded, self-contained chalets and a spacious residence, providing accommodation for couples, families and small groups seeking privacy, natural beauty and convenient access to the region’s wineries, beaches and attractions.

The chalets are tucked among the trees and located within walking distance of the estate’s vineyard and cellar door. Guests can enjoy private outdoor areas, forest views, self-catering facilities and seasonal firepits, while The Residence offers additional space and vineyard views for larger groups.

CABERNET SPA CHALET
A private forest retreat for up to 2 adults (plus infant), featuring a king bed, spa bath with forest views, kitchenette, air conditioning, and a private verandah with BBQ and seasonal firepit.

SEMILLON FOREST CHALET
A two-bedroom chalet for up to 4 adults (plus infants), with king beds, a stocked kitchenette, BBQ and seasonal firepit, set among peaceful jarrah forest.

CHARDONNAY SPA CHALET
A two-bedroom chalet for up to 4 adults (plus infants), featuring king beds, a spa bath, kitchenette, BBQ and seasonal firepit in a secluded forest setting.

THE RESIDENCE
A spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home for families or groups, with king and single beds, full kitchen, multiple living areas, fireplace, laundry, and outdoor entertaining spaces overlooking the vineyard.

AMENITIES
* Kitchen Facilities: Stocked kitchenettes in each chalet and a full kitchen in The Residence.
* Climate Control: Air conditioning, with a fireplace also provided in The Residence.
* Outdoor Living: Private verandahs, BBQ facilities and seasonal firepits at the chalets.
* Linen: Hotel-quality bedding, towels and kitchen towels provided.
* Infant Facilities: Portable cots available, with infants also permitted on existing bedding.
* Parking: On-site parking available.

Island Brook Estate is surrounded by award-winning vineyards, landscaped grounds and native jarrah forest. The secluded chalets provide peaceful forest views and private outdoor areas, while The Residence overlooks the vineyard and features a wraparound verandah, grassed backyard and outdoor entertaining spaces.

The estate is positioned along Bussell Highway, approximately 10 minutes from both Vasse and Cowaramup. Its central location provides a convenient base for exploring Margaret River, Busselton, Dunsborough and the wider South West region.

TO NOTE
* Max occupancy: 2 adults (Cabernet) or 4 adults (Semillon & Chardonnay), plus infants.
* Firepits subject to seasonal restrictions.
* No pets or smoking indoors.
* Island Brook Estate Chalets are situated halfway between Margaret River and Busselton on Bussell Highway. (Look for the old red truck along the highway.)
