INTERIOR
Hooked is a spacious waterfront holiday home overlooking the Exmouth Marina canals towards the Cape Range, offering spectacular ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Designed for families and groups, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home combines generous indoor living with exceptional outdoor entertaining, featuring open-plan living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and direct views over the swimming pool. Upstairs, an adults' retreat provides a relaxed space to unwind with a bar area, pool table, additional lounge seating, television and access to a large verandah capturing panoramic views across Town Beach and the Indian Ocean.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catered stays, including an espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, second drinks fridge, microwave, cookware, crockery, cutlery and ample bench space. A large utility room offers a second full-size fridge, two front-loading washing machines and extensive storage, while the open-plan design allows parents to supervise children in the pool area from the kitchen and living spaces. Fully ducted air conditioning throughout the home, complemented by split-system air conditioning, ensures year-round comfort, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available for standard domestic use.

Hooked accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms.

- Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom featuring a bath, shower and toilet, with access to the upstairs adults' retreat.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with comfortable furnishings and a peaceful outlook, ideal for a relaxing night's sleep.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a light, airy feel and ample storage, perfect for couples or solo guests.
- Bedroom 4: Two double beds and two single beds, ideal for larger groups or children.

The property includes 2 bathrooms plus an additional powder room.

- Master ensuite bathroom (Bedroom 1) with bath, shower and toilet.
- Second bathroom with double shower and double vanity.
- Separate downstairs powder room.

Guests can spend their days relaxing by the private swimming pool, entertaining outdoors, mooring their boat at the private jetty or enjoying sunset drinks from the upstairs verandah overlooking the marina, Town Beach and the Cape Range. Mantarays Resort and the Exmouth Game Fishing Club are both just a short walk away, making this an ideal base for exploring Ningaloo Reef and the surrounding region.

- Private jetty available for boats up to 15m (must use designated mooring points only).
- Property is not fully fenced and has an open internal staircase.
- Wi-Fi is for standard use only.
- Linen, bath towels and pool towels provided (pool towels not for beach use).
- Self-catering property; no provisioning supplied.
- Neighbouring construction may cause some noise and dust during 2025.
- Strictly no parties, events or functions. Breaches may result in eviction.
