A clean, welcoming, and beautiful new hotel. The check-in and check-out experience were fabulous, we even lost our key on a run and the staff were more than accommodating with a replacement. The room was clean and had a perfect view out into Princess Royal Harbour.
The reason for the 4 stars was due to the uncomfortable pillows :(

I travel to Albany quite a bit and have done for years (mainly for business). I thought I would try to Hilton Garden Inn, Albany and I'm glad I did. The front of house staff were great, very welcoming. The rooms were very well appointed and as expected for a new hotel.
I definitely will return in a few months.
Well done team.

Best hotel in Albany 1 year 9 months

The location is very convenient. Breakfast menu is limited and almost same every day. Couldn’t fault customer service, top notch. Holly is the best even she hold my 3 months old daughter for few minutes so that we can finish our breakfast.
