INTERIOR
Desert Rose is a spacious, quality-built holiday home positioned on the Exmouth Marina, offering comfortable family living with direct access to the canals. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area overlooks the verandah and swimming pool, allowing guests to relax indoors while keeping an eye on children in the water.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and drinks fridge, while the main living area features a large television with Foxtel. A separate theatre room provides an additional television and Foxtel, giving families plenty of space to unwind. Split-system air conditioning throughout the home ensures a comfortable stay during Exmouth's warmer months.

EXTERIOR
The swimming pool is positioned directly beside the verandah and living area, making it easy for adults to supervise children while relaxing nearby. Outdoor furniture is arranged across two levels and includes lounges, a day bed, large dining table and BBQ, creating plenty of space for outdoor meals and quiet afternoons by the water.

A private gated jetty is located at the canal's edge and includes access to power and water. The jetty is suitable for boats up to 8 metres long, although guests must provide their own ropes and tenders. The property also offers convenient access to the beach and views across the canals and Cape Range.
