TO NOTE
- Maximum of 6 guests; minimum stay of 4 nights.
- Self-contained property; linen and bath towels provided.
- Parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 undercover).
- No camping or caravans permitted.
- Easter bookings must include the period from the Thursday before Good Friday through to Easter Monday.
- Christmas bookings must include the period from 22 December through to 27 December.
PET POLICY
- Dogs permitted by prior approval (maximum of 2; no cats or puppies).
- Pets must be supervised, kept off beds and furniture, and guests must supply their own pet items.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
- Additional cleaning or damage costs may be deducted from the security bond.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
