11 Duffield Place, Sleaford Park, GELORUP, 6230

Follow directional signage from Bunbury to Busselton via the Bussell Highway. (From city centre - after the Race Course and the Coles shopping complex, you will enter a large roundabout at the junction of the Robertson Bypass.) Approx 4 klms further south, you will see a large Caltex Service Station. About a hundred metres before the service station, turn left on Sleaford Park Drive, and immediately right on Meadow View Road until behind the Caltex, turn left up the hill on Maynard Pde and right on Duffield Place at the top. Drive down into the end cul-de-sac & you will find Colomberie B&B on the left, come into the circular driveway and the front door is on your left. If you have come directly from Perth you will join the Bussell Highway from the Robinson Drive by-pass.

Driving from Busselton, (forty minutes south) watch for landmarks such as Capel Sands chimney, Capel turn-off, (twenty minutes), Stratham locality & Gull Service Station, Capel Golf Course, (10 mins), Bunbury Steam Laundry, the Grammar School, and finally the Caltex Service Station. Turn right at Sleaford Park Drive and follow the above directions. Web-site gives map and directions which can be printed.

Delightful B & B
Sandra and Edward are the perfect hosts. The setting is idyllic in a quiet area yet Bunbury is a short car journey from the property. The bedroom and separate ensuite are very spacious and spotless. There is a separate guests lounge and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave for guests use. We opted for the continental breakfast as we needed to leave early to visit the Bunbury Dolphin Centre. We had dinner at the recently refurbished Rose Hotel in Bunbury which was good value. We have no hesitation in recommending this B & B.

Lovely Property, an acre of Gardens, Pleasant Hosts, Excellent Breakfast. Only 7 kms. to Bunbury's Restaurants.
We arrived quite late after driving most of the day. We were warmly greeted by our host Sandra.
We were in the Green Room which was spacious and nicely fitted out and decorated.
Very clean, lovely big bed and well appointed bathroom and shower.
We were introduced to the other guest who was staying on for a prolonged period.
Outside the green room we had a large lounge and library, dining area and a kitchen with everything that we needed for our stay.
For the evening meal we drove the short distance to Bunbury where there are many many restaurants, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Australian etc.
As this is a semi rural/residential property at the end of a cul de sac we had a good nights restful sleep as there was no noise to speak of.
In the morning it was nice to awake fully rested and to be able to look out on the lovely gardens, with the lovely aromas emanating from downstairs we greatly anticipated that our breakfast would soon be brought up to our dining area upstairs.
Sure enough, right o
