Terms, conditions and privacy policy:
Money, jewellery and other valuables are brought to Clearwater Motel Apartments at the guest's sole risk. Clearwater Motel Apartments and /or the Management accept no liability for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safe keeping of any such items.
Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for any costs and charges incurred and confirm that my responsibility and liability in this regard is not waived or released in any way.
Full payment of the entire stay must be processed prior to arrival.
Guests who are no shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Clearwater Motel Apartments reserves the right to cancel a booking or refuse entry to persons who arrive and / or accommodate additional persons in their room, who are not included in the original booking, including children and infants. If the room does not allow children or infants to be added to the original booking, the guest, on arrival, will not be granted access to that room type.
Guests booking the King Superior Apartments - Adult Guests Only agree that these apartments are a child free zone, wherein children / infants will not be housed or granted access. Discovery of an infant or child will result in eviction from the accommodation, with no refunded applicable.
