This architecturally designed A-frame house sits perched high on the escarpment between Mira Mar and Lake Seppings, offering breathtaking panoramic views across Lake Seppings to the beautiful waters of King George Sound. Imagine waking up to stunning sunrises and enjoying peaceful evenings, watching the light play across the lake – all from the comfort of your private decks.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with panel heaters to keep you cosy on cooler nights and fans for warmer days. The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the serene views. The upstairs bathroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious spa bath – ideal for unwinding after exploring or letting the kids enjoy a bubbly soak. A separate shower and toilet complete the upstairs bathroom facilities. For added convenience, a powder room is also located downstairs.

You're just a short 6-minute drive from the vibrant York Street, with its shops, restaurants, and cafes, and only 4 minutes from the beautiful Middleton Beach (not only is it Albany's most iconic beach, but home to Australia's best fish and chips), where you can swim, stroll along the sand or enjoy a picnic. Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (for bookings made more
than 7 days before arrival).
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur a fee. Must be arranged in advance.
Keys: Provided via lockbox. Codes will be sent prior to arrival.
Guest Responsibilities:
Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly and not cause a nuisance to neighbors.
Excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized functions are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM on weekdays, and after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM on weekends and public holidays.
Cleanliness: Properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may apply if left unsatisfactory.
Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay.
Damage: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Costs will be charged to the guest.
Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the property. Breaches may incur
additional cleaning fees.
Pets: Only permitted at pet-friendly properties with prior approval. A per night, per pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets.
Additional Services
Linen: Provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available on request. For stays longer than 2 weeks, a
complimentary mid-stay clean (including linen change and consumables top-up) is provided.
