The home features a large living and dining area for all guests to enjoy with complimentary WiFi. A reverse cycle A/C services the living area and large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the alfresco and backyard. The kitchen features all cooking and eating utensils along with stove top, oven and microwave cooking.
For those rainy days you'll find a small selection of family board games and DVDs in the lounge room as well as a smart TV..... log in to your own Netflix account.
All bedrooms come with a built-in-robe, ceiling fans and additional blankets.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robe, second TV (with Netflix) and private en suite.
Other 3 bedrooms have: a queen bed, double bed and 2 single beds.
The main bathroom includes a shower over bath, with a separate toilet/ powder room.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing preferably by email.
Special conditions apply for cancellations.
More than 60 days Prior to Check In Date: Bookings can be cancelled. No penalties.
60 Days or Less Prior to Check In Date: If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a
replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00
administration fee. If however, the property cannot be relet, your deposit is non-refundable.
Ray White Jurien Bay retain the right to negotiate the tariff or length of stay to obtain a booking on cancelled
booking dates as we deem necessary.
2 Weeks (14 days) Prior to Check In Date: Any cancellations will forfeit any/all deposit paid, unless there
are extenuating circumstances.
If you shorten your stay once checked in, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather.
Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated
herein.
Bookings made on other platforms (Airbnb, Homeaway, Stayz, Booking etc) should refer to that platform’s
cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’
consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.
Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a
refund of your stay.

Comfortable and nice home
comfortable, good location, good gardens and outdoor entertainment. Good TV, watched three days of Test cricket in the afternoons and fished for tailor (very successfully) in the evening.Great property and location
Great house great location definitely recommend this house to stay if they going to visit Jurien bay.Spacious and well-equipped
Spacious and convenient home base for exploring Jurien Bay! We arrived after hours and the process to get the key and locate the property was very easy. The backyard is big enough for kids to play in and the open format kitchen and living room/dining room make it easy to make and serve dinner. The bedrooms are a little chilly but the central heating works well to heat the house and overall we would definitely be back for our next adventure to the Turquoise Coast!
