Centrally located just one street from the beach and opposite the Rockingham Bowling Club.
A short stroll to the café strip and a safe swimming beach.
Bus stop is just down the road to connect you to the fast train service to Mandurah or Perth.
The Townhouse comprises of 2 bedrooms, each with its own balcony. Another bed is set up on the 3rd story. One bathroom and separate toilet.
Down stairs is the open plan casual kitchen, dining/living area.
Simply furnished in a “beachy” casual theme.
The modern kitchen opens up to the rear tiled courtyard which has a BBQ table and chairs. There is a laundry with washing machine iron/ironing board for your convenience.
Pull out clothes line in the courtyard.
Master bedroom comprises a Queen size bed and wall to wall sliding robes. It has its own balcony.
The attractive 2nd bedroom comprises of 2 single beds, sliding mirrored robe. It has its own balcony overlooking the blue waters of Cockburn Sound.
The 3rd floor is the main lounge with leather lounge suite, large tv and entertaining unit.
A double bed is set up for more visitors if required.
The Townhouse is a non-smoking establishment. It can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Children are welcome, but be aware there are 2 sets of stairs.
