The front two sliding doors open up the house to bring the outside in. Walk into your open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. The kitchen has a full breakfast bar and all the mod cons. The lounge has loads of comfy couch space and a large TV for catching up on the cricket.
Stroll through the back sliding doors and walk outside to your back verandah with pool, letting the cool breezes waft through in summer and catching the winter sun on cool mornings.
Billfish has three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a set of bunks. The house will comfortably sleep six, or four singles. (Please note that the top bunk will not accommodate an adult's weight.)
There is one family sized bathroom, with shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a second toilet off the living area.
There is plenty of parking space with room for four cars, with one under cover carport at the rear of the property. There is an easy turn around drive through the front, also perfect if you are bringing the boat so you can hopefully catch an elusive Billfish!! Good luck!!
Pets are NOT permitted at this property. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.
All linen and bath towels are provided.

All of our holiday homes are self provisioning. Some basic items have been provided for your convenience. Supermarkets are open 7 days a week and are located in the town centre.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation Policy -
General Cancellations by Guest and Unused Services
All cancellations are to be received in writing, either by mail, fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
Where written notification of a cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the Guest is liable for payment of the full rental whether or not occupation of the Property occurs. The deposit and final payment are non-refundable and non-transferable to another Property.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest will be considered by the Agent on a case-by-case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay, then a refund, credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
Security Bond and Extra Charges
By providing your credit/debit card, you authorise Narano Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for Punia Family Trust trading as Ningaloo Reef Holidays to pre-authorise the card prior to or upon arrival. A temporary hold of $1000 will be placed on the card to cover the cost of the accommodation and/or incidental charges. No actual funds are deducted at this time, but this amount will be unavailable to spend. The hold will automatically release within 7 to 14 days after your departure, depending on your card-issuing bank.
If a credit card is not available, then the Agent will require the Guest to make a payment of up to $1000 which will be returned to the Guest within a reasonable time after the property has been inspected following departure. The Agent reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from the security bond and claim extra charges for expenses such as, but not limited to:
a) Damage to the Property, furniture, fixtures, and fittings
b) Loss or damage to household items (eg. linen, appliances)
c) Disturbance to neighbours
d) Excessive cleaning costs
e) Rubbish removal
