Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change - however, the following terms apply to all bookings made for our park. If you make a reservation more than 30 days before your arrival date, you may cancel within the cool off period for a full refund. For cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $30 administration fee. Please note that any cancellation made less than 7 days before your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid. In the event of a no show, the booking will be cancelled and the full amount of the reservation will be required to be paid. This policy helps us manage our boutique riverside sites and cabins to ensure availability for all guests visiting the Bunbury region.
