The Big Valley Campsite is nestled among the hills of our family owned working sheep farm, just 10 mins from the town of Margaret River.
Come and relax with us under the stars, next to an open fire*. Feed the sheep, cuddle a guinea pig and breathe in the clean country air here at Big Valley Campsite Margaret River. We offer farm fresh eggs, lamb, honey, fire pits and a selection of convenience items for purchase.
The farm itself encompasses a beautiful secret valley, hidden from the outside world by a natural forest. It’s the perfect location to stay and explore the South West and its incredible attractions. For the adventurous, there are mountain bike and bush walking trails, majestic caves, fishing, surfing, canoeing and abseiling. Of course Margaret River is renowned for its world class wineries, breweries, distilleries and restaurants. There are many tours that pick up and drop off from our campsite. As you journey through the region, you will discover handcrafted artisan products and an abundance of local produce crafted by talented producers and stunning natural attractions.

Large TVs in Camp Sheds: Enjoy satellite TV for entertainment and relaxation

Laundry Facilities: Stay fresh with washing and drying. Also, cloth lines located behind the camp sheds
Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome all year round, including during public and school holidays, we are your pet-friendly accommodation in Margaret River. (Please keep dogs on a lead and clean up after them.)

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
CANCELLATION POLICY
Peak Periods:
Less than 14 days’ notice: No refund or credit for cancellations or changes of dates with less than two weeks’ notice prior to the arrival date.
More than 15 days’ notice: Cancellations more than two weeks prior to arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Off-Peak Periods:
Less than 14 days’ notice: Refund given minus a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
More than 15 days’ notice: Refund given minus a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Booking Changes:
No charge for changing booking dates with more than 14 days’ notice, with the condition that only one change is permitted per booking and it must occur within the next 12 months.
Any changes to the number of adults or children that result in a refund will incur a $5 administration fee.
General Rules:
No refunds on early departures.
Full payment for peak period bookings is required one month in advance.
Cancellations must be made in writing (either via email or letter).
Credits: Credits can be given in lieu of refunds for cancellations. Credits are valid for one year from the date of the original booking. Any unused credit within the 12-month period is not eligible for a refund.
Definitions:
Peak Periods: School holidays and long weekends.
Off-Peak Periods: All other times.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Balance payable at time of booking.
EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard accepted.
Christmas/Peak Holidays: (26th Dec – 4th Jan)
6 night minimum on all sites.
Easter:
4 night minimum on all sites.
Long Weekends:
3 night minimum on all sites.

All requests & preferences are taken into consideration however cannot be guaranteed.
Re-Allocation:
We reserve the right to move bookings to different allocations within the Park.
Additional Information:
Arrival time is after 12:00PM aka noon.
Departure time is before 10:00 AM.
Office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Closed on Christmas Day; no check-ins are allowed on this day.
The management reserves the right to refuse a booking or to ask guests to leave the park at any time at the managers’ discretion.
