Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellation Fee of $30 if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 days notice min 2 nights tarriff charged min 3 nights long weekends 3 nights xmas & New year at managers discretion unless rebooked then full refund. No shows no refund. Cut short minimum 2 nights tarriff charged 3 nights long weekends xmas & New Year. Always feel free to discuss your changed circumstances with Danni Marshall Manager.
Extra cleaning charges will be imposed if property left damaged in any way. If booking is for two people only this must be adhered to otherwise extra person charges will be enforced.

Apartment 46 / 6 Tunbridge Street. When entering Margaret River Town from Perth turn right into Tunbridge street from Bussell Highway (Visitor Centre on corner) and drive PAST main entrance in to Darby Park Apartments and it is the last apartment in row of Townhouses facing Tunbridge Street. Number 46/6 is in gold lettering on the gate, directly opposite the District Club.

Lovely Accommodation
Accommodation was lovely the bed and pillows were amazing. The kitchen had everything you could think of. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool. Lovely stay.
