Town Beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, afternoon picnics and sunset views. The property is also within walking distance of town and provides convenient access to beach activities, fishing and whale shark experiences.
TO NOTE
- Maximum of 8 guests; pets are not permitted.
- Parking for up to 4 vehicles (cars and boats); owner's vehicle remains in the driveway.
- Camping, caravans and shed access are not permitted.
- The property is self-provisioning; basic items, linen and bath towels are provided, with supermarkets located in town.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
