Great fun, average customer service
The games are fantastic, kids thoroughly enjoyed their day. Staff members are helpful and friendly, except the customer service desk. The customer service desk staff members need to learn how to keep their integrity.

Enjoyable experience
Adventure world is more water rides (where's the log flume at?!) than it is rollercoasters. The rides resemble more a large fairground than a theme park - though this is reflected by the tiny queues.

There is enough to do to spend the bulk of the day here and it is an exceptionally fun place, presumably more so if you are actually a child.

Attractions, rides and staff were great. Adults and kids of all ages could go and have a day of fun with plenty to do. Only fault was the food, nothing was deliciously healthy or wow and I couldn’t get a coffee at any of the shops from 3pm.
