These charming newly renovated self contained beachfront accommodation overlooks Shark Bay. The best location to see the glorious sunsets! Only a 20 minute easy drive to Monkey Mia; there are 2 adjacent units; a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom unit. Each unit is fully equipped with Internet, TV & DVD; both have a roomy mast...er bedroom with quality queen-size bed and luxury linen. The 2-bedroom unit has a second bedroom with double bed and single bunk over. A fold-up bed can be put into either unit to cater for an additional child. All linen supplied. Both have a bright lounge/kitchen area, a cosy enclosed patio area and a bathroom/laundry area with own toilet. There's plenty of parking room on the large property for cars and boats. The units are within walking distance of all fun activities in Denham, including the beach, fishing, restaurants and bars with a supermarket just across the road We are owner run and I like to keep things nice, adding that extra touch that I like so much. I love these little beach units and I know you will too. My personal opinion is that this block with these units is the best location in the Bay. But then again, I'm biased. See you in Shark Bay. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received more than 7 full days before booked arrival date a full refund will be made.
If a shortened stay or cancellation is received less than 7 full days before booked arrival date there will be no refund made except when a replacement booking/s is received for all or part of the shortened or cancelled period in which case a refund will be made for the period covered by the replacement booking/s.
Unless prior agreement in writing has been made with the property management a booking that remains unpaid within 7 days of the check-in date will be automatically cancelled by the Property management. The property management shall immediately make the relevant period available for booking by other parties and the Booker shall remain liable for payment of any accommodation which remain unsold during the period.

>From Geraldton drive north (approx 280 klms) along the Northwest Coastal Highway towards Carnarvon. Turn left into the Shark Bay (Denham/Monkey Mia) turnoff, just after the Overlander Roadhouse. Continue for 128 kilometers to Denham.

Great Service with a smile
Despite being a little old and run down, the unit, in the centre of town by the IGA was a perfect location and had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean, which is all you want for one night in budget style accommodation.The reason for the review is that the customer service was exceptional especially as the Shark Bay Hotel and double booked us and made no attempt to rectify their mistake or poor customer service. It felt like nothing was a big ask and we were really looked after, even given a discount due to our late arrival. Thank you!
Bloody lovely!
I was on a work trip and needed an economical place for a night with a colleague. We’re both from WA so we knew we were booking a WA fishing town beach unit.Value for money was actually really good. We needed two bedrooms and this place had that, and was self contained. The unit was right across from the beach, just down from the boat Ramps, pubs, and the IGA was literally over the road.
Yes, these are old coastal style units, but this one was clean, tidy, well equipped and good value. The only thing I could think of improving was the hot water pressure.
If you want 5 Star then don’t stay here. If you want good clean local style accommodation for a family, this is perfect.
Living on the beach!
We stayed a relatively long time ( 3,5 weeks) in the Unit B/2 of these Beach Units in Denham and it was just amazing! The views are spectacular. You walk across the boulevard straight onto the beach! Across the road is a well-stocked IGA. TheUnits owners live next door and nothing was too much for them. Advice, suggestions, help, whatever. The units offer all creature comforts and has a shielded little terrace, as it gets quite windy in Denham in summer. It has that amazing beach shack feel to it on the outside but the inside is done with lots of style and furbished with care and a clear personal touch of the owners. Simply great!
