The building’ passive solar design is light and airy with high levels of insulation to keep the spaces cool in summer and warm in winter. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required.
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is re-booked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Amazing!
Lovely place and wonderful hosts! We loved everything about the house: it's environment friendly and sustainable, has stylish design with thoughtful touches and tranquil atmosphere of the countryside living. The home baked bread, fresh eggs, coffee and jam were a treat. The place looks great and feels great!It was wonderful stay and we really enjoyed it!
