The equivalent of 1 nights accommodation required if cancellation is less than 48 hours. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Great location, great space, great hosts
Great location. Walking distance to Middleton Beach. Shops were close by, Super responsive hosts to help when something went wrong. Nothing, it was all greatComfortable, Clean and everything you'd need for a relaxing stay in Albany.
Although the Villa was a good way out of the Albany city area we appreciated the quiet and found everything we needed within a few minutes of the locationThere was nothing to not like about Seaside Villas, the unit was very clean, well equipped and communication from the owners excellent.
