A cancellation fee of $100 will apply under all circumstances.
If the property is re-let the cancellation fee will be charged.
If the property is NOT relet all monies paid will be forfeited.
CHRISTMAS EASTER & LONG WEEKEND BOOKINGS
A $200 cancellation fee will apply under all circumstances.
If notice given after 1st October and the home is re-let only cancellation fee will apply If not relet no refund will be given.

Such a beautiful spacious home. A fantastic deck to enjoy and comfortable beds. Perfect for families and groups, the house is an easy walk to cafes and the beach. Despite the weather being warm, the house stayed cool and pleasant. Belinda and the owner are thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We are grateful for their kindness.

Great spot, beautiful views, lovely house!

The property is beautifully located with a stunning view from the deck. The upstairs has lovely furniture and a well appointed kitchen just made for long dinners with friends. The downstairs is more basic but completely comfortable and tidy. The house feels like a true holiday home with books, games, beach toys, bbq and tv for guests to use. All in all a really awesome holiday location for a large family or two small ones.
