We have a reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit in the living area. The Heritage Trails start just a few hundred metres away and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through beautiful forest (including karri). For those with transport, we provide exclusive suggested itineraries; and for those without, we can assist with sightseeing. Description
Six of our two bedroomed self contained cottages have a queen size bed in each bedroom, plus double bunks for children; and the other two have a queen in one bedroom and two doubles in the other. Our kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, stove, refrigerator and microwave. The sitting area is carpeted and has twin settees and television. Heating and cooling are provided by reverse-cycle air-conditioning. All linen and towels are provided; and we have DVD players for hire. Coin operated laundry facilities are available.
We provide a simple "starter" breakfast which includes Cornflakes/Just Right, HiLo milk, Harvey Fresh orange juice, tea / coffee / sugar sachets, jams and bread. Free Wi-Fi.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
For Peak periods no refund will be considered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.There is a 3 night minium over the peak season ( christmas easter and leeuwin concert). For seasons other than Peak cancellations up to and including 7 days before arrival will be refunded in full or transferred to a later date booking. Within 7 days a refund will be provided for any nights which are subsequently rented.

Excel position and everything you need
Visited with family who live in Perth . Good position close to walk into the center of Margaret river. 2 bed rooms one with a double bed the other with 2 doubles.set in nice surrounding with use of fire pit and BBQ. . Comfy bed lovely Crisp bedding nice towels. Welcome pack with milk, juice , tea,coffee ,bottle of wine and some cereals . Soap and towels ,dish cloth ,tea towels and washing up liquid all provided . Well equipped kitchen every thing you could want . Lovely stayGood value in Margaret River
Peppermint Brook was great for our two night stay in Margaret River. Ideal location just a five minute walk into town. Comprehensive information about what to do, where to eat etc.The cottage was spotlessly clean and had pretty much everything you might need. WiFi worked well.
We cooked a meal one evening, as the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. They thoughtfully leave breakfast essentials which were enough to feed two of us both mornings.
