Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will incur 20% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within14 days to the day of arrival will incur a 50% of total booking in cancellation fees.
No Show - If you do not notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking date you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided on the initial booking.
All guests are required to provide a credit card number upon booking to hold as a guarentee.

From Kununurra/Halls Creek Direction turn right at turn off 14km from Wyndham, continue 8km down well maintained gravel road. Note do not turn up Parry Lagoon Marlgu Road, continue past Parrys is on the left,
From Kununurra via Ivan Hoe Crossing, all gravel road, 70km turn right just past the Old Halls Creek Road Sign..

Excellent place to stay
What an amazing stay. Thanks to the manager couple for being such grest hosts.If it wasn't so far from home we would definitely go back.
The pool was terrific as was our cabin. A great cent r al base to explore further.
At one with nature.
Cabin was great. Spacious, loved the enclosed verandah, close to nature, great birds, excellent staff. Fantastic pizza night.
