Description
This spacious double story retreat on a beef property just outside Albany, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an air conditioned open plan lounge, dining room with seating for eight, a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer and rain water tank. The lounge has a jarrah floor with a large picture window that looks out over our farm and Mt Willyung. The house is equipped with TV, DVD, Radio and CD player.
The downstairs bedroom has a trundle bed that can be used either as two singles or double, this restful room has a large picture window with a splendid outlook over the country side. It also has easy access to the bathroom, which has a bath, large shower recess and vanity basin.
The games room is used as the forth bedroom, giving both an extra living area, second TV & DVD as well as two extra single beds and two extra king single beds.
The main bedroom is upstairs which has a large verandah looking south, queen size bed, built in robes, spacious ensuite, vanity with jarrah benches, large shower and spa bath with heated towel rail. The other bedroom looks north with a queen size bed walk in robe, this bedroom is also able to use the upstairs bathroom through connecting doors. Both have room for a cot.
There is also a well equipped laundry with washing machine etc. and large open staircase built from re-cycled jarrah.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Less than 14 days no return of deposit unless another booking taken. Deposit would then be returned in full.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

From Albany Highway turn Menang Drive take second turning on your left Rocky Crossing Rd at the end of Rocky Crossing Road a T junction turn left onto the gravel road. Call us if having difficulty as we will come and find you.

It's got to be THE place to be if you are looking for a place to stay in Albany.
A home to come back to on a holiday, absolutely perfect. For a group of 11 with young children, the house catered to all our needs. The rural setting with so much area to play about in, ensured our pet Labrador was able to stretch his legs. The fully stocked pantry and the fresh eggs were such an advantage coming after a long drive.Thank you for having us.
Perfect Family Retreat
The house was excellent! It was set up so well to cater for our 3 family entourage of 7 Adults and 5 children ages from 10months to 15 yrs. The walks through the avocado orchard was amazing. The kids loved the playroom and the games room. All our needs were catered for and the beds were so comfortable. I would recommend this home to any family wanting a quiet but beautiful get away. We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this lovely property, with our two children and pet dog.The amenities were of a very high standard and everything we could think of had been provided. I enjoyed the luxury of a spa bath, whilst the children loved playing table tennis and riding around on the scooters. We had daily walks through the avocado orchard and out in to the paddock near the creek. Only a short drive into Albany city centre made it a wonderful location. We will recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you again!
