With a villa to suit most family groups and budgets. All our accommodation is fully self contained, ranging from budget, standard, superior and spa villas. All kitchens come fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, and plenty of bench space. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience, as is linen and towels. Mandurah Family Resort is the dream destination for a week or two holiday with family or friends, a relaxing weekend or a romantic midweek interlude whilst staying in one of our spa villas.
Our villas are self catering and offer a "home away from home" feel.
The resort is an ideal choice for school groups, sporting associations, clubs and corporate conventions. Located only 100 m from the beach and 1km from the Mandurah Foreshore, our accommodation is close to everything Mandurah has to offer.

Our superior villas are well appointed, tastefully decorated and spacious. There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. The base rate is for 2 people all additional are charged further $20 per extra person per night
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Full payment must be made at time of confirmation.
Cancellation policy Fourteen days prior to arrival date a full refund less $30 booking fee. Less than 14 days notice forfeit full deposit. Over peak season (19th Dec – 31st Jan) Easter and March long weekend a cancellation must be made outside 21 days for a $50 booking fee inside 21 days deposit is forfeited. Please note if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival or no show you will be charged the full amount of your cancelled booking. No refunds for early departures. Minimum 2 night stay in lieu of this a surcharge of an additional $20 on top of nightly rate for one night stays.

84 kilometres from Perth CBD south along the Kwinana Freeway.
Once in Mandurah City limits right off highway onto Mandurah Terrace, through the traffic lights at Silver Sands intersection and a Right Hand turn 400m after the lights up the driveway, look out for the large neon sign.

Loved our apartment, very roomy, comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Close to beach, lovely pool & spa. Close to everything. Staff very friendly.Private courtyard, free wifi. 1 bunk bed, 1 single with a trundle bed & a queen size bed. Queen very comfortable

Booked this place last minute and am very happy. Our Villa was super clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place, especially for families. The pool, spa, trampolines, playground and sports courts were a big hit. The location is perfect as well, great value for money. We will be back for sure!
