A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount of the first night booked.
Early departure whilst in house: One nights accommodation fee will be charged if notified after 2:00pm on the day.
No Show: The first night booked will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled after the first night.

We are located on the corner of Chalgrove Avenue and Read Street, opposite the Rockingham City Shopping Centre. A commonplace, so any taxi can bring you here.
If traveling from the Train Station:
* Buses 558 / 557 / 920 / 555 will get you to the Rockingham City Shopping Centre
* We are located on the NNW side (opposite Coles and BP)
If traveling from the Rockingham Beach Foreshore
* Walk to Patterson Road
* Buses 825 / 555 will connect you to Contest Pde
* We are located approx 900m in a WSW direction down Central Promenade
If traveling driving from Perth
* Drive south on Kwinana Freeway for approx 20km
* Take the Thomas Rd exit and turn left toward Rockingham/Mandurah
* Turn left on to Read St then a slight left on to Chalgrove Ave. The Leisure Inn is on the left.

Well worth the price
We stayed overnight. The room was good, great hot water, great towels, comfortable bed and the dinner at night was excellent value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Just over the road from the shopping center which was very handyVery clean very happy
Great Motel great prices you get breakfast as well incl.Clean rooms bed very comfy friendly staff. The ladies who clean the rooms very kind very helpful. The lady at the reception very kind always nice chat before check-in or checkout.

Comfy, convenient!
Chose to stay here because of its convenient location. The bus stops are just opposite the inn traveling to/from Rockingham Station and Rockingham Wild Encounters. The Rockingham Centre is just opposite the inn. We were also given a room that is very accessible through the Swinging Pig and reception to the mall. Comfortable room! Aircon was a bit nosy though but we were okie and the room does not come with a hairdryer. We also had delicious meals and BEERS at the Swinging Pig. Great beers! Definitely will come back again. Overall it was still a fantastic stay!
