This holiday home is a mere two minute walk from the sky blue waters, and silky sand of Albany's Goode Beach. The home is in close proximity to Albany's various tourist attractions, including and not limited to The Whaling Station, Blowholes, Gap, Natural Bridge, Salmon Holes and Wind Farm. Sharing the boarder to Tondirup National Park, there are many tranquil bush, forest walks and coastal paths to take in the beautiful sights.
The house is child-friendly, and a quintessential family holiday destination. It is a quiet place to relax, enjoy the stunning views, and have a quite stroll, splash or leisurely kayak in Goode Beach. Albany historic town centre is only a short drive away and the local wineries are well worthwhile visiting.
Goode Beach Retreat is fully self-contained waterfront home, featuring two queen size bedrooms with ocean views, and one bedroom with two king single beds. The house contains an open living and dining area with all the comforts of a home making it ideal for families and couples.
The Family Room overlooks the ocean with a passage to the deck, and contains a extra large LED television, DVD Player, large selection of DVD's & CD's which the whole family can enjoy.
The kitchen has beautiful views of the ocean and equipped with all the modern appliances including dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee machine, new and stylish dinner and cook ware, toaster, blender, bread maker, rice cooker, milkshake maker, waffle maker and other modern accoutrements.
The house has 2 bathrooms, a complete laundry and a sunroom, perfect for an afternoon of rest and relaxation. A sheltered entertaining area is equipped with an outdoor setting and a new BBQ.
They have 2 kayaks complete with life jackets and paddles, 2 Mountain Bikes (1 Male, 1 Female), 3 kids bikes all complete with helmets, surf boards and body boards, beach chairs and more.
Free WIFI for working holidays or enjoy Netflix, Foxtel, Amazon Prime, AppleTV an any other app on the large screen LED TV.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one night accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked.
If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one night accommodation or 50% if the entire booking whichever is greater.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Follow the signs to Frenchman Bay Road for approximately 20 minutes until you see a left hand turn off Vancouver Road. Vancouver Road then becomes La Perouse Road. Turn left into Runnymede Street and take the second driveway on the left.

Fantastic family holiday
We spent Xmas at Goode Beach and it was a perfect spot for our crew of 3 adults and 2 kids, so close to the beach and plenty of games and DVDs that keep the kids on occupied. Short drive to Whaling station and a choice of three or four other gorgeous beaches. Gallina was a very helpful host and even put out an Xmas tree for us!Fantastic stay
We can't speak highly enough of our stay at Goode Beach Retreat. The house was extremely clean, great location, well stocked and very comfortable. It was a holiday in itself with lots of activities for the family, including board games, bikes, kayaks, and boogie boards. We can't wait to return!Amazing accomodation
We stayed for 5 glorious days and wished we could have stayed for much longer. We were very sad to leave such a beautiful, well appointed and exceptionally clean home, with stunning views from every angle. Attention to detail existed in every room. The hosts provide everything you need to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. The thoughtful touch of a great bottle of wine, a box of choccies and local honey awaiting us, was not only a surprise but such a kind gesture and greatly received by us all. Our grandchildren loved running around the gardens, examining the fruit trees for any hidden fruits and were overjoyed when the neighbours rabbit visited to help itself to the veggie patch!! The short walk to beautiful Goode Beach, with its stunning views over the ocean and "squeaky" sand added to the over all magical experience. Thankyou so much to Galina and Joby for making our holiday so memorable. We will most definitely be back to stay again.
