Treat yourself to a relaxing breakfast or lunch by the pool or book yourselves in for dinner. Footprints cafe provides a casual atmosphere and great food for those times when you just want to be looked after.
Cafe only open on the weekends (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast/ lunch dinner & Sunday breakfast & lunch) and Christmas/NY/ long weekends periods alternative opening hours.
The beach shacks come in 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom or 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom versions, the choice is yours.
The spacious garden areas separating the outdoor areas give a sense of space and room to play. We know the stunning beach will be the big attraction, but the heated resort pool will be next on the list. You won’t keep the kids out.
The Footprints resort has many beautiful mature native trees. Where possible trees have been retained, providing shade and a superb relaxed holiday setting.
Work up a thirst, an appetite or both on Footprints’ full sized tennis court. Stroll down, stake out your own private spot on the mile upon mile of white sands, and enjoy safe swimming for all ages in the crystal clear waters.
Take your off road vehicle right onto Preston Beach, where there’s a designated area set aside for 4WD enthusiasts. Don’t forget to bring your fishing tackle.
Preston Beach is an all-year-round fishing paradise, so what you catch today can be dinner tonight!
Footprints adjoins the Yalgorup National Park, around 12,000 hectares of natural bushland. With two marked walk trails you’ll have plenty of opportunities to come face-to-face with the park’s abundant fauna and flora. The abundance of Western Grey Kangaroos will delight nature lovers.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Check-in time is at 2.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am.
Please advise us of your expected arrival time if outside of our office hours (Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 4.30pm Friday 8.30 - 7.00pm Saturday & Sunday 9.00 - 3.00pm) so we can advise you of our after hours check-in procedure by contacting us on 08 9739 1111.
You will be required to supply a credit card at the time of check in. If you do not have a credit card a $200.00 refundable cash bond is required to cover any incidentals you may charge to your account during your stay.
Bookings Cancelled within 14days of arrival forfeit one nights accommodation. All bookings made within 14days of arrival must be paid in full within 48 hrs.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider.
To the fullest extent permissible at law the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.

If you follow below, you wont go wrong:They have great beach shacks, clean and spacious for at least 2 small families or one big of 5-6 depends as they have 2 queen beds so you can plan accordingly.
Property has split aircorn, kitchen, washing machine, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, so bring your basics and cook on the property nice and easy saving a lot of money and depending less on the service.
Covid has hit every propery and everyone is struggling with staff and keeeping up so all you can do is be kind.
Mandurah and Bunbury are approx 45 mins away only to have a quick drive and enjoy, Woorna & Harvey are just 30-35mins away so you can go to waroona IGA for anything you need as well, there is a local general store rigjt outside and they sell a lot of your requirements as well including gas/petrol station.
This property had contractor's living untill now for pas 1 year and probably back on the listing for families so please show them some love.

OMG!! AMAZING!! Under new management and it is crazy good. Rick is very helpful and accomodating and Paddy in the cafe is so so friendly and her Indonesian food is authentic and delicious. The best in WA and I eat everywhere and love my food!! The other cafe food is great too.The place is ideal for familes and children. The accomodation in the beach shack was spotless and it has a dishwasher which is definitely a win when on holiday. I am already booking my next holiday. A great spot + the beach is a short walk away.
