The whole house offers two bedrooms and a sleep-out with all linen provided, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Deposit of 1 night accommodation non refundable if 48hrs notice of cancellation not given.
Covid specific cancellation policy: If you need to cancel due to lockdown or border closure/travel restrictions please let us know as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund.

Drive west along Esplanade, turn left at T intersection into Twilight Beach Road, (Great Ocean Road), drive over the hill, and turn right at Albany St. (opposite first car park}, then first left,Collie St, then first left again. Eagle View is situated at the end of Collie St. This is for vehicle access. The home is also facing the beach at 75 Twilight Beach Road. Walk up wooden steps next to Eagle View.

Unbeatable location
You won't find a better view anywhere. Perfect for a few days with a large group as you have the whole house. Everything you need at the house, kitchen, BBQ, washing machine all great. No Wifi, No Foxtel, but the amazing view and location to beaches and Esperance will distract you from gadgets.Amazing Clifftop location and homely service
We absolutely loved our stay at Eagle View. After a looooong drive from Margaret River, we arrived without a booking, hoping we might be able to get a bed for the night... we ended up staying three! Deline, the owner/manager/breakfast chef/cleaner is a gem. She made our stay feel like a weekend at my grandma's house! The house itself was built and designed by Deline's late husband, atop a cliff overlooking some of Esperance's most stunning beaches. It is an architectural artwork, with nearly every room lit by natural light and enjoying an ocean view. There are two bedrooms and another little studio type room. We stayed in the back room, which is equipped with a DVD player and a comfy bed. The front room is much larger, had ensuite and amazing beach views.Stunning view of the crashing surf
Eagle View is a B&B and a short distance from the centre of Esperance on an elevated position on Twilight Beach Road which gives a stunning view of the beach and the surf.The owner lives off-site and comes in every morning to prepare a great breakfast which you can eat indoors or, if the weather is right, outside overlooking the beach. The house is a bit 'quirky' - all the light switches seem to be in the wrong places - but comfortable. We had a double en-suite with lots of storage/wardrobe space and the same great views. The communal sitting area has comfortable chairs, TV etc and a range of DVDs you can watch there or on the tv in your room.
