Desert Rose has a swimming pool, just off the verandah and living room. There is plenty of outside furniture including a big table, day bed, BBQ and lounges to laze away your days. Inside this lovely home, is an open plan living, dining and full equpped kitchen area. There is one large TV in the main room with Foxtel, as well as a second Theatre room with another separate TV. The bedrooms have one king bed, two rooms with two queen beds, and in the fourth room, there are a set of bunks with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top (suitable for a child only). There are two full bathrooms and a well-equipped laundry with large front loader washing machine and dryer.

The home also has its own swimming pool off the verandah, and access to your very own private jetty. Price per night ranges from $400.50 to $410. Please note that the base rate is an indicative rate. Rates will vary depending on season and week end bookings. Discounts and specials may be applicable at time of booking. Rates and availability are indicative and subject to confirmation. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
