Everything you need is provided in this fabulous property which sleeps up to 6 people. The house has 2 levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the up stairs level is the master bedroom with a huge king size bed, luxurious spa ensuite, TV and private balcony to take in the beautiful ocean views. 2 other full size bedrooms adjoin on this level.

Downstairs is a modern combined living/dining area with a chef style fully equipped kitchen, a large flat screen TV with complimentary Foxtel and WiFi available. At the other end of the home is a classical stair case to the bedroom level.

Outside you will find two spectacular areas perfect for entertaining with downstairs outside front pool & Spa, outside tables and stools adjoining the downstairs kitchen and lounge. This has space for everyone to dine and relax with an outdoor kitchen, beer fridge, and grilling plates. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax in the surroundings. What more could you ask for in a luxury holiday home?

The property has security gates and is fully fenced with access to a a 3 car undercover area. All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided.

We do ask that no shoes be worn in the house please and no pets or parties permitted.
This property may not be suitable for young children given the number of levels and the staircase.

Linen is PROVIDED. Cleaning and laundry fee of $380.00 applies to your booking.

Booking fee of $45 applies to your booking.

There is an accidental damage protection $3000 coverage fee of $69.00.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.

Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to 'circumstances beyond our (BHH) control' an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.

GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

As good as shown
Demco Dreaming is as good if not better than the photos show. Very large house with great kitchen, including utensils. Large lounge and open kitchen, with access to the upstairs outdoor area and BBQ. Magnificent master bedroom and ensuite. Second bedroom on main level was very large with own ensuite. Two bedrooms downstairs (each with own ensuite) and second kitchen downstairs have direct access to patio and pool. Very large laundry and double car garage. We recommend that guests have their own car or hire one, as taxies and public transport are limited. Guests with mobility issues may need to reconsider this property given the internal stairs. The house is large enough to give guests "their own space". Loved the property, the location and would definitely definitely stay again.
