Deposit of one night stay is essential within 24hrs of booking.
10% of total booking is required for cancellations within 14 days. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitors Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Turn into Johnston Street from Albany Hwy drive up to the top cross over Serpentine Rd,(you will see a No Thru Rd sign) continue up to the top then turn left at driveway between Blue house and white house at the top. Drive in front of stone wall about 70 metres you will see a double storey house. Unit is on ground floor.Parking at the side of garage.

Excellent Hostess
Sue was an excellent hostess. Even thoughtfully leaving bread, milk and cereal for us. The accommodation was immaculate and just as the description. Communication was easy and Sue always got back to us quickly. We look forward to staying there again.Beautiful Location
Beautiful location, great hosts. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings with the most gorgeous views. Only downside was the water pressure but the good outweighed that.
