Paula, Andy and their son Joe welcome you to a little slice of heaven, just 30-minutes drive from Perth's domestic and international airports. This self-contained cottage offers elegant, comfortable accommodation with crisp cotton bed linens, dreamy pillows and luxuriously soft bathrobes. Even better, Baudin's lies a short walk from the Mann Winery, known for its unique bubbly and Upper Reach Winery. Within a few minutes drive lie numerous valley attractions including breweries, restaurants and artisan producers of chocolate and cheese. The cottage sleeps up to four adults but can be tailored to the needs of just one couple. Prices quoted are for 1 room twin share. Unbooked rooms will be locked. The cottage can be booked with one or two double bedrooms with queen beds, quality cotton sheets, soft pillows, doona and luxuriously soft bath robes. There is also a third bedroom with two single children's beds if required. The cottage sleeps a maximum of four adults (two per room) and 2 children, however only booked bedrooms will be available. The luxurious bathroom and toilet features a freestanding bath and a separate spacious, modern shower room complete with toiletries, guest soaps and hair dryer. The lounge has a log fire, digital flat screen TV and a selection of books and board games. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge, plus a selection of teas and coffees. Front and rear decks provide guests with shade, seating and a barbecue. There's also an on-site tennis court, badminton and boules (available on request).

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $50 administration fee or can be re-booked (no admin fee) subject to availability.
Bookings cancelled 8-13 days prior to arrival date will be refunded 50% unless re-booked subject to availability.
Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date will be fully charged.
No refunds for stays cut short. Any duration less than the booked stay will be charged at the booked stay.

Absolutely Amazing!
This gorgeous renovated cottage (leadlights, big windows, modern kitchen, deep freestanding bath, rain maker shower) is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our staycation here SO MUCH!! Sitting by a macadamia orchard and surrounded on 3 sides by vineyards and the swan river on the other, it is absolutely stunning. We loved exploring the property and surrounding wineries, had a fire when it rained outside, and hung out on the outdoor setting in the sunshine. The owners are warm, friendly and accommodating. We stayed two weeks and got a few welcome surprises for booking directly. We LOVED it and both highly recommend. Will definitely be back!Perfect, relaxing home away from home
Had a great stay in the first week of May, the beautifully furnished cottage is super cosy and bed was really comfortable. Especially loved the luxurious bath. Great location right on the Swan river with vineyards on either side. Paula could not have been more helpful and the cottage had an array of booklets showing activities to do. Loved my escape from the city with its calm, tranquil and beautiful scenery and would recommend this cottage to family and friends alike.Wonderfully relaxing & enjoyable stay. Thank you.
Indeed a great spot when you needed to get away & re-charge for a few days.The private cottage was surrounded by lush trees and vegetation and we woke up to the sounds of birds chirping & leaves rustling. For cityfolks like us, it was bliss.
We were very impressed with the luxurious presentation throughout the cottage especially the ultra modern free standing bath!
Owners, Andy & Paula had certainly put in a lot of thought about the comfort of their guests.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you once again.
