We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation is applicable for all reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Guest who cancel 2 weeks or more before arrival will be charged $50.00 for admin fee.
Check In Time : 2:00pm
Check – Out Time : 10:00am
Guests departing are most welcome to store their luggage at Reception and continue to use the resort facilities until they leave that day. Any variations to these times are subject to availability and a 50% day room surcharge may be applicable.

Great accomodation
Excellent residence. Clean, quiet and safeTropical feel resort in Broome
Bali Hai creates an exotic feel even though you are still in Australia, it has spacious and well equipped studio apartments ect and the staff are friendly accommodating and efficient. The massage facility is a luxury and the pool a good place to chill!! But the cream of the stay was to have a Michelin star chef in the cafe- the food, presentation and taste to die for!!! A truly great place to stay in a truly under rated place like Broome!!!Relaxing stay
We travelled to Broome with my 94 year old father. The villa we were allocated was perfect and the hotel staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. We needed a chair for the outside shower and our request was immediately attended to. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the service was excellent. We would come back.
