Ascot is a fully self-contained house with four separate double bedrooms, each with ensuite (one with spa).
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A minimum deposit of 25% of the total amount payable is required to secure booking. Should you cancel your booking at any time we will endeavour to re-let and refund your deposit less a $22 administrative fee from the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes. If we are unable to do so your deposit will be forfeited. Once a booking is made you are liable to pay for all nights. Early departure will be charged at normal tariff for the booked period unless the house can be re-let.

From the Bridgetown Visitor Centre head south and turn left into Phillips Street (at Nelsons Motel). Take the second right into Roe Street and the first left into Carey Street. Carey Street becomes Rosella Rise and Ascot House is 200m on the right. (Address was formerly 32 Carey Street)

We loved our stay at the lovely Ascot house. I am 1 of 6 people staying at this house for the second year in a row. We will be back next year. Love the location, the privacy of each couple. This house had all you need and more. Very nice relaxing stay.Great Property
We very much enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for 6 to 8 people. All bedrooms have their own en-suite and are a comfortable size. Though the underfloor heater did not work, we were able to keep the house lovely and warm thanks to the log fire and several gas heaters as well as an electric heater in each bedroom. The location is great and the property has magical gardens.
