Just 5 years old, the open plan Cottage sports two bedrooms with new and comfortable beds (Queen in one, two Singles in the other) and modern amenities.

The well equipped kitchen has a full-sized fridge, modern stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom is modern, with a good quality shower and washing machine. Water:

As the water comes from our rainwater tanks please ensure showers are not longer than 3 minutes.

The Cottage features a verandah, ideal for birdwatching or relaxing over a wine at the end of a day's exploration. A few sheep will wander past from time to time on their daily perambulation.

We request that you bring your own bed linen and towels. An $80 cleaning fee applies to your booking

Entry to the property is through farm gates which MUST be closed when coming and going. There is parking directly outside the Cottage. Guests have access to all parts of the property.

Please note, this rural property has about 30 sheep on it. Their owner Tony, visits the flock occasionally, sometimes with his sheepdogs, to check up on his animals. He is polite and unobtrusive and won't come near the Cottage, though if you want to go up to to the top paddock and watch him in action, tending to his sheep or perhaps training his sheepdogs, feel free. He's recognised as one of Australia's best sheepdog trainers. On another note, as we’re a rural property there are no garbos doing the weekly rounds - so at the end of your stay please take your garbage away with you! Thank you.
