Che Sara Sara offers comfortable self-contained chalets in a tranquil setting. They nestle on the banks of the Frankland River, 15 km north-east of Walpole. Boberlup is a three bedroom western red cedar chalet with a queen sized bed in one room, 2 single beds in the second and two bunk beds in the third (sleeps 8.) There is a separate kitchen, toilet, bathroom/laundry and sitting room. It is fully equipped with gas stove, gas hot water, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, air-conditioner, wood fire, pedestal fan, CD/DVD player and TV. Rooms are carpeted throughout. We also provide all linen, towels, pillows, doonas and blankets. Cots and high chair are available upon request. Children under 1 year are free. Pets are welcome. There is a one off cost of $50 for pets. Credit card details are required on arrival, and a cleaning fee may be required if conditions are not met. Kennels are available free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration charge of 30% of total booking fee.
Payments for school holidays are to be made in full 4 weeks prior to arrival and are non-refundable unless re-booked.
If your booking is more than 180 days in advance please contact Che Sara Sara directly as bookings cannot be guaranteed.
Please take time to read and understand our terms and conditions as your booking with Che Sara Sara Chalets constitutes acceptance of those terms and conditions.
NO SMOKING IN CHALETS
We are pleased to provide a high quality of accommodation and standard of cleanliness. Guests are expected to leave the chalet its fixtures fittings and furniture in similar state as found (e.g. dishes washed dried and put away). In the event extra cleaning is required above that generally expected an extra charge to cover the cost of this additional cleaning will be made to your credit card.
In the event that any property is damaged maliciously or beyond normal wear and tear associated with short-stay accommodation or in the event that property belonging to Che Sara Sara Chalets is lost or taken during the course of the stay Che Sara Sara Chalets reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property to the Guest and the Guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or facility used for payment of the booking.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome. There is a once off cost of $50 for pets.
We have 180 acres of forest at the chalets and there are no restrictions as to where you can go. However, pets must be under your control at all times.
Pets are allowed inside the chalets as long as they are dry and cleaned down each time they enter. Pets must have their own bedding and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
Please do not leave pets in the chalet unattended. We have kennels near reception where you can leave your pet when you want to go to a National Park or other excursion. There is no charge for kennels.
Credit card details are required on arrival, and a fee may be charged if conditions are not met.
Please consider the environment and pick up after your pet.

Too short
The chalet was great. Spotlessly clean. Nice and private. Had everything we needed. We only stayed the one night but would love to have spent more time there. We took our 2 very well behaved dogs and they loved it too. The cows took a liking to our larger dog and they even had kisses. Hope to go back again and stay a few nights next time. The hosts were lovely and helpful. Thanks guys.Quiet, secluded, green and amongst nature.
Being secluded from the main town was a must for us as we are from the big smoke. Quiet, green and nature as far as the eye can see. It also helped that we backed onto the river so sitting on the porch during breakfast whilst watching the fauna and flora was mind numbing. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.Exceptional
Absolutely everything was perfect. Heart and soul have gone into this beautiful place. What a great way to start our holiday, big love from Brisbane and when we come back to WA we will be staying again but longer this time!
