Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
If a Cancellation is made by View Ningaloo (the Company) for any reason, and if the passenger has already made a purchase or part purchase of a ticket on the day and time of the cancellation, a full refund will be offered by the Company to the Payer. This is called a ‘Standard Refund’. If an alternative tour of the same value can be offered by the Company to the Payer, and the Payer is willing to accept an alternative tour, then the Company will endeavour to make the changes at no cost to the Payer.
CANCELLATION BY THE PAYER
If a Cancellation is made by the Payer for whatever reason a cancellation fee will apply:
a) 50% of the total tour price if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the tour start time.
b) If a cancellation is received within 7 days or more of the tour start time a full refund is given less a cancellation fee of $25.00 plus any credit card fees.
c) No refunds are given if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the intended tour start time.
d) If the payer fails to meet crew at the designated meeting time of their tour, this is regarded as a passenger ‘no show’ and no refund will be offered.

Subsea boat tour beats any glass bottom boats in Coral Bay!!
Thank you so much to the crew for the most amazing tour. The boat we toured is not your ordinary glass boat but a sub sea which gives you the best view of the coral and fish. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this tour to everyone. Its def worth the extra $5 to get on a better boat (better viewing) and amazing crew onboard.Thanks guys for looking after us. It was a very memorable experience for us all.
Great boat, sub sea explorer to view the reef
Took an hour tour over the reef with the Sub Sea Explorer. Easy viewing as windows are below the water line on an angle and you sit on a seat or bench to view. Saw lots of fish, big and small. Staff were very knowledgeable and gave lots of good information. Can do two trip if wish which includes an hours snorkelHoliday Adventures
An AMAZING experience great way to see all that coral bay has hidden underwater! Great Tour and run by lovely people! Highly recommend!!
