Swan Valley Heights is privately owned with the owner living separately on the site. The accommodation consists of three large bedrooms and a magnificent large well set up kitchen, dining lounge area plus a huge covered verandah extending the full length of the house. This verandah overlooks a twelve meter swimming pool with the city of Perth in the background. A small gym is available for guests use with a treadmill and a weights machine. Ample parking is available with two fully enclosed parking bays in the garage. High speed wifi is freely available to guests. Many fine restaurants are close by including three establishments on our street. Feral Brewery is just down the road. Bells rapids and the State Equestrian Centre are a five minute drive away.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to arrival will receive no refund.
Cancellations made between 2 and 13 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
No fees will be charged for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival.

A Country experience with exceptional views
An amazingly spacious country home overlooking Perth and surrounds.

We had fine weather with a fire pit and great cozy fires. Paul, the host, is a great source of knowledge and is very helpful. We will definitely be back in the near future. Excellent stay.
