Terms & conditions if your plans change
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your booking. If the booking is within 60 days, full payment is required. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
Balance: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Security Deposit: A $1,000 security deposit is required. This covers any damage, loss, or breach of terms.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in is after 14:00hrs, check-out before 10:00hrs. Late check-out may incur a fee.
Cancellation: No refunds.
Keys Collection: Keys must be returned at the property. A fee applies for lost keys or remotes.
General: The number of guests cannot exceed the agreed amount. No parties or excessive noise.
Pets: No pets unless pre-approved. Extra charges apply for damage or cleaning.
Damage/Breakages: The guest is responsible for damages. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Vacating: Leave the property as found, with furnishings in their original position.
Maintenance: Report any issues immediately. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and safety.
Pool: Children must be supervised at all times. Glassware is prohibited near the pool.
Complaints: Report any issues to Perth Holiday Stays immediately. Travel insurance is recommended.
