Our units are two bedroom, self contained apartments. Overlooking a lovely garden. Wake up to the sound of Birds and the Ocean. You can enjoy your stay sitting in the Garden or under the Gazebo.
With a King and Queen Size bedroom's with extra rollaway bed if required. These unit 's are close to the beach and just a two minutes drive into the centre of town. Both Units have all the facilities the you would require for your time away from home. All rooms have adequate heating , electric blankets and evaporative airconditioner. Great Weekly rates are also available. This is unbeatable value!
The Dutch barn, is an apartment, upstairs with a balcony, over looking a lovely garden , BBQ area and Gazebo for your use. Have you meal on the Balcony with while listening to the sound of the ocean.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
The first night accommodation will be charged if cancellation occurs within 1 month before arrival. Full payment required if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival.
Cancelation policy due to COVID border closures and snap lockdowns:
The safety of our guests is a priority. We know in this time that we are living with COVID snap lockdowns and border closures happen fast and without a lot of warning. If you find yourselves in this situation you may cancel your booking or change your booking to another date.
If you cancel we will refund the full amount to you but be aware that some agencies may have their own admin fee that will be passed onto you which is out of our control. If you prefer to change your booking to another time of the year please be aware that prices may vary depending on the season.

Coming from Kalgoorlie, you enter Esperance via Norseman Rd(You will find us on your left before you get to the beach)on the corner of Norseman Rd and Irene St

Perfect stay
Stayed here with 3 other friends last March. It was cosy, clean, breakfast was provided and the owners were really lovely to us. It made our stay in Esperance such an enjoyable one, without breaking your bank. You won't regret staying here.Nice apartment:)
The owner was friendly.The house was really clean and the kitchen was full equipped and seasoning was prepared too.
We was a group of four, the Lounge area is nice to hang out and playing board games at night time. Highly recommended to traveller
More than we expected
A great two bedroom self-contained apartment with great hosts. We were made to feel welcome. Accommodation was larger than average and lounge room area cosy and warm. Very clean and comfortable. Close to town. Would recommend to anyone wanting accommodation for family. .
