Kallenia Single

Our new Kallenia rooms have been fitted out with new amenities creating a comfortable and homey feel. With 240 of these rooms at Oasis, the Kallenia rooms are perfect for work or leisure. Rates for this room are $170 per night and $235 per night including meals. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

i. For Standard Bookings if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking:
• Up to 10 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: No cancelation fee will be applied and any deposit you have paid for your booking will be returned.
• Within 10 days but up to 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid.
• Within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay to Oasis Newman the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.

ii. For Corporate Bookings if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking:
• Up to 10 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: No cancelation fee will be applied and any deposit you have paid for your booking will be turned.
• Within 10 days but up to 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid.
• Within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay to Oasis Newman the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.

iii. For Peak Season Bookings at any Participating Property if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each room you have booked:
• Up to 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: No cancelation fee will be applied and any deposit you have paid for your booking will be returned.
• Within 30 days of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay to Oasis Newman the full amount of your booking fee less any amount which you have already paid.

iv. For Non-refundable Bookings if you cancel your booking at any time after it is made no refund of the funds paid for your booking will be made.

Our stay was the highlight of the trip

Asked for an extra bed and when my friend and I arrived they had organised a family room and to top it off there was a fantastic dinner available. A clean basic hotel with the best friendly management that you can find

Good for a stopover on your way to Karijini NP

Very nice and helpful owner who gave us a free upgrade into a better room. The breakfast is huge and good.

Exceptional

The little room was tidy and cosy and the bed was great to sleep, there was warm shower, we enjoyed our two night stay, the staff were friendly, the cook cooked us nice meals when we were there.
