Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellation policy allows that customers can cancel up to 72 hours prior to check in with no charge. If cancellation is within 72 hours of check in then guest will be charged a cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation.
At the time of check in all guests are required to present Proof of Vaccination consistent with current WA Government requirements for Licensed Premises. Where a guest is not in compliance with this policy the reservation will not be honoured and the cancellation policy shown above shall apply.
Where a guest cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements they will be offered a refund or credit note at the property's discretion. The property reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses dependent on when notice of cancellation if given by the guest.

Located on Roberta Avenue, if travelling by car from Fitzroy Crossing as you enter the town you will see the Police Station on the left hand side of the road and you turn right onto Roberta Avenue and follow the street to the end and our hotel is located on the left hand side.

If travelling from Kununurra Roberta Avenue is the 3rd street on the left you will see the Police Station on the right hand side of the road.

If arriving by airplane the airport is adjacent from the property.

Delightful.

Hardly expected to find such a great hotel in Halls Creek. Separate dining areas ; we opted for the sportsman bar which had a very pleasant outdoor area. Very clean and tidy. Whilst we didn’t eat here the meals we saw looked excellent. Unusual to find a comprehensive and excellent wine list Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable Accommodation

Stayed here for one night travelling round Aus, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The rates were pretty reasonable considering the location.
Check in was a breeze and the staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful.
We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was well prepared and presented.
Would stay here again.

Surprised!!

From the outside you would never know there was gem hidden there. Once you enter the reception area you are caught up in old and new and it is lovely. We stayed here twice on journey in and out of W.A. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities needed. We dined in the Sportsman's Bar and both times the meals were delicious. The first night they had a Trivia night. Quite entertaining. Wi Fi is available but has best reception in the dining areas. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming through.
