Coraki Holiday Cottages is a family run accommodation provider. We offer a very high level of friendly and professional service and our accommodation is well suited to families, couples, seniors and overseas visitors.

Each of our accommodation is rated at 3 1/2 star. Our two bedroom bungalows and two or three bedroom cottages offer our guests both comfort and homeliness. All accommodations are self-catering but offer full kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. We provide fresh crisp white linen.

There is a verandah with outdoor setting and BBQ so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the picturesque views of the river and surrounding grounds and the abundance of bird life and wild life here at Coraki Holiday Cottages too.

Conveniently located just 500m from the Lower King General Store and Bottle Shop.

AAA 3 1/2 Star rated 3 bedroom cottages are spacious and have superb water views. Our cottages are fully self contained, each is equipped with full kitchen facilities, lounge with TV/DVD player and wood fire. Large bathroom with separate toilet, laundry/ washing machine. Large deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. Take in the views as you sit by the wood fire in winter or enjoy a BBQ on your deck in summer. COTTAGE 5 has queen beds in both the main and second bedrooms, and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. COTTAGE 6 has a queen bed in the main bedroom, two singles in the second and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. All rooms have built in robes. Linen and towels are provided! MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS DEC/JAN HOLIDAYS. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM LONG WEEKENDS/SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. One night stays are subject to availability and attract a $50.00 surcharge. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our two bedroom bungalows are full of character and appeal. Complete with full kitchen, lounge with TV/DVD player and wood fire, laundry/washing machine, bathroom with shower/toilet The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has either two sets of bunks or one bunk and one single bed. Verandah with outdoor setting, BBQ and water views. All linen and towels provided. MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS DEC/JAN HOLIDAYS. MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS LONG WEEKENDS/SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

For bookings during off peak times 7 days notice is required.
Should cancellation fall within 7 days the deposit will be retained.
For bookings during peak holiday times 4 weeks notice is required. Should cancellation fall within four weeks the deposit will be retained.
Long weekends and school holidays are a minimum stay of 3 nights. Dec/Jan school holidays are strictly a 7night min stay.

Directions

We are situated 12kms north east of Albany CBD.
From York Street, in the city center, travel along Lockyer Avenue, which leads in to Ulster Road, then into Lower King Road. We are situated just beyond the Lower King Bridge where you will turn right into the public picnic area to find our entrance way.

Fantastic atmosphere and views!

We stayed here for 4 nights at Christmas and had a wonderful time. We were in a 3 bedroom villa with an amazing deck overlooking Oyster Harbour. Everything is tidy and clean, the villa and bedrooms are spacious, kitchen and villa had everything you need.

Can't beat the location, close to everything but amazingly quiet and relaxing. We never wanted to leave the deck! Jody is lovely and very accommodating, would definitely recommend this place and will come back.

Great for fishing and walking

Next to a great fishing spot the King River. There are lots of secret fishing spots along the bush track next door. Also, that track is great for just walking. The cottages themselves are peaceful and serene away from the city with no temptation to go back.

Relaxing cottages with all the necessities

Basic cottages with all the necessities. The fireplace was amazing and the view a perfect setting for relaxing on the verandah. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. We took our 11-month-old and it was a great place for her to explore. It’s also nicely located within a 20 minute driving distance from most of the attractions Albany has to offer. Would definitely recommend it!
