Castlereagh on Middleton is a fully self contained,luxury, absolute beachfront, two bedroomed villa with superb furniture, quality linens, and luxurious window spa in master bedroom which overlooks the beautiful view of Middleton Beach. Each bedroom features a queensize bed, electric blanket, built in robe, bedside tables with reading lamps, clock radio, and the master suite has an additional TV. A separate bathroom and toilet are also on this floor with a second toilet on the ground floor.
Downstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, mini-oven, microwave, full sized fridge with freezer, quality cookware, cutlery and glassware. A washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are all provided. The dining room seats 4 and is adjacent to the comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and stereo. The balcony has seating to overlook the views of the bay.
You are an easy stroll to cafes/restaurants fabulous walk trails and the beach is directly opposite. 5 mins to city centre. Secure undercover parking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If cancelling less than fourteen days prior to arrival deposit will be withheld as a cancellation fee. If cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival no refund will be given. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
From the big roundabout at the top of the main street ( York St ), turn right and proceed a short distance to the next roundabout and left into Middleton Road. Continue down Middleton Road, until you come to the T junction at the beachfront.
Turn right at the T roundabout which is Marine Parade. Unit 4 is at Castlereagh Boutique Villas and entry is from Barnett Street ( on the right ). Car bay is behind secure roller door and is labelled unit 4. Roller Door remote is on your keyring.

Fantastic location and great accommodation with everything you need.Relaxing & Quiet
Very lovely place, relaxing and quiet. One of the room and the balcony downstairs is facing the beach. This is probably the best self-contained apartment I've come across with a provision of stuff you need for cooking, washing, etc.Lovely Stay
My wife and I recently spent two nights at the Castlereagh and thought it was great. It’s only a couple of minutes out of town and right on Middleton beach. The unit itself has 2 bedrooms, a common bathroom and 2 toilets. It also has a full kitchen so you can self cater. The bed was really comfortable and the linen good quality. You’re only a short still to a number of restaurants and bars, the lovely beach and the boardwalk which offers spectacular views over King George Sound.
