With two extra large bedrooms, one with a king bed the other with a queen bed. Each room has its own ‘space’ to sit and unwind, read a book, a peaceful retreat.
The extra large bathroom has two sinks and deep bath (the spa component is not operational), perfect for a long soak or to scrub the young ones in! The laundry leads outside to one of the lovely garden areas.
The large modern kitchen, which is fully equipped is the centre of the living space. With a bench dining area, large breezy living room with loads of comfy couches….leading out to the verandah and gardens.
There are two outside entertaining areas making the most of the shade and sun (depending on what you are chasing!). The yard is fully fenced, and there is ample parking for two cars and a boat. Bundegi has a great garden and small lawn area, perfect for the kids to play on.
All linen and bath towels are provided.
This property is self contained.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Perfect!
Perfect stay in Exmouth! The house was spacious, yet cosy. Easy drive into the main part of town and all of the excursions in the area. Highly recommend!Recommend!
Great central base for exploring Exmouth. Spacious living area and bedrooms, comfortable bamboo day bed, bbq facilities, outdoor artificial turf area big enough for a little game of cricket, and plenty of outdoor space for drying off diving and camping gear. Would recommend!Loved it!
We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back for sure! The place is everything you could want for a holiday and perfect for relaxing at home. The amenities are amazing (especially the kitchen) and the house is beautiful with a spacious backyard. There is also a huge IGA, lots of cafes and a great bar and surf shops all within 15 minutes walking distance.
